Phone call
We will start with a simple phone call to establish what your project is, introduce our company and services, the timescales on your project, material choices if any research has been done, history of the property and if we are able to assist with your project.
The Quotation
Once we have had our meeting, we compile all information, product and materials choices and we create a unique proposal for your project which will explain the choices discussed in detail. Our quotation software allows our clients to make comments, request adjustments or ultimately, approve with a simple click.
If you wish to book an appointment, simply request the time, and date that suits you and we will do our best to accommodate your desired time slot. If there is any reason that time/date isn't available, we will call you to discuss and schedule a suitable time/date.

We are so passionate about our projects; a simple diagram isn't good enough for us. We create real life 3D visuals for our clients, we build your house from scratch using our state-of-the-art software, we mimic your exact property, and we show you how your project will look before we even pick up a tool. At this stage we can still adjust the project

The Meeting
The 2nd stage is a meeting at your property, we would normally allow 1-2 hours for the meeting depending on how many questions you have. We will discuss the products and materials involved, carry out a complimentary survey to make sure the project is achievable, take measurements and pictures too.
Quotation Acceptance
Congratulations and thank you for your business! Once our clients approve their quotation, Leah who is our office manager will send you a welcome pack which will highlight all they key aspects of your project and our explain about the installation process too. We will book your job into our system, and you will receive regular updates on delivery and installation dates.
The Grand Finale
We made it! Once all 3D drawings, specifications and final survey have been signed off by Optimal and our clients, we push the big green button and send it to the manufacturers to produce. Depending on your products chosen, our suppliers deliver anywhere between 3-12 weeks. Excited? So are we!
